We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about a purchase and have not yet downloaded a product, or if there was an issue with a download whereby the product was not obtained due to our error, we will happily issue a refund upon your request.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis, are issued at our sole discretion and must be made within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase.
